🚚 Shipping the Good Stuff (What to Expect)

We're excited to get your order into your hands! Below is everything you need to know about how long shipping usually takes, what "estimated" really means, and why patience is sometimes part of the journey.

📮 Important Note: Orders are typically sent as lettermail, requiring upgrades for trackable options.

What Does "Dispatch" Mean?

Dispatch is the time it takes us to create your order, package it, and hand it off to the postal carrier or courier.

In other words:

  1. We receive your order
  2. We make and pack your items
  3. We label it
  4. We give it to the postal service

Once your order is dispatched, it's officially on its way — and delivery timing is then handled by the carrier.

📌 Dispatch time is not shipping time.
Shipping estimates begin after dispatch, not from the moment you place your order.
⚠️ Please note: Holidays and weather events may affect dispatch times. During peak seasons or severe weather conditions, dispatch may take longer than the typical 1–3 business days.

What Does "Estimated Delivery" Mean?

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our shop, it begins its adventure through postal networks, customs offices, weather systems, and holiday chaos — all of which are outside our control.

Delivery estimates start after your order has been dispatched, not from the day you click "buy."

Order Creation & Dispatch

  • Everything is made to order
  • Orders are typically created and dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Business days = weekdays only (no weekends or holidays)
  • Good things take a little time — and they're worth it 😉

🇨🇦Canada Orders

Standard Shipping:

Usually 2–7 business days after dispatch via Canada Post

Tracked / Courier Upgrade:

Ships by courier and may include weekend delivery

📦 Tracking doesn't make it arrive faster — it just lets you watch the magic happen.

🇺🇸United States Orders

Here's how your order typically travels:

  1. 1–2 business days from our shop to the regional hub
  2. About 2 days to cross the border and clear brokerage
  3. Handed off to USPS for final delivery
  4. 2–7 business days to your mailbox
  • Limited tracking is included (tracks to USPS handoff)
  • Full tracking upgrade tracks all the way to your door
📍 Location matters:
  • West Coast orders usually arrive quicker
  • Further destinations (Florida, Texas, Hawaii, etc.) can take a few weeks
  • Weather, holidays, and customs delays can all slow things down — even when everything's done right.

🇦🇺Australia Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Most orders arrive in 2–3 weeks

A long journey, but worth the wait ✈️

🇬🇧United Kingdom Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

🇪🇺Europe Orders

Estimated delivery: Up to 30 business days (or sometimes longer)

Customs and local postal systems can add extra time

The Important (But Necessary) Stuff

  • We're not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, or holidays
  • Once shipped, delivery timing is fully in the carrier's hands
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility
